Biddeford is the sixth-largest city in Maine, located in York County, and is home to over 21,000 residents. The principal commercial center of York County, Biddeford is a vibrant community with a growing arts population, many historic mill buildings and architecture, fifteen miles of Saco river frontage, and is home to the University of New England. First visited by Europeans in 1616, it is the site of one of the earliest European settlements in the United States. CPPC is currently most active in the downtown area.
