South Portland is the fourth-largest city in Maine, located in Cumberland County, and is home to over 25,000 residents. Incorporated in 1898, South Portland is known for its working waterfront, and also hosts the main runway for the largest airport in the state. The city has one of the state’s largest marinas and is the second busiest oil port on the entire East Coast. CPPC is currently most active in the Redbank, Brickhill, and Kaler neighborhoods.
