Westbrook is the tenth-largest city in Maine, located in Cumberland County, and is home to over 17,000 residents. A two hundred year old mill town, Westbrook is rapidly growing in size and diversity. The city boasts two rivers: the Presumpscot River flows through the center of the city, with two prominent falls (Saccarappa and Congin), and the smaller Stroudwater River flows through the southwestern part of the city. CPPC is currently most active in the downtown area.
